Baja Mining Corp. is a Canadian mining company. Baja, through Minera y Metalurgica del Boleo S.A.P.I. de C.V. (MMB), owns a 10% interest in the Boleo copper-cobalt-zinc-manganese project located in Baja California Sur, Mexico.

In Press Releases it has ben announced Baja has appointed a new "reconstituted " Board consisting of former board members and 2 board appointees recommended by Mount Kellett.

In another PR there is news of an effort to raise necessary funds to make up the cost over-run.
