Baja Mining Corp. is a Canadian mining company. Baja, through Minera y Metalurgica del Boleo S.A.P.I. de C.V. (MMB), owns a 10% interest in the Boleo copper-cobalt-zinc-manganese project located in Baja California Sur, Mexico.

Got my proxy today in the mail. Am going to vote online and use the "gold" proxy as recommended by Baja. Creeping Takeover literature was included in the materials. Vote must be in by March 30th for April 3rd shareholders meeting.
