Thx for clarifying.

My concern is that the deadline for the voting is March 30th, and I will be out of the country for 2 weeks prior to that date.

I just hope that the company they hired for the proxy and voting; mails the docs soon enough...

IMHO. I am also leaning to vote "GOLD", I have zero confidence in MK. "Mount Kellett's principals are former partners of Goldman Sachs". Specialized vultures.
