Baja Mining Corp. is a Canadian mining company. Baja, through Minera y Metalurgica del Boleo S.A.P.I. de C.V. (MMB), owns a 10% interest in the Boleo copper-cobalt-zinc-manganese project located in Baja California Sur, Mexico.

Bloomberg reports today ( Apr 17th) that the deal will be signed today.

A Korean group, including Korea Resources and Hyundai Hysco, will buy a 30% stake in the Boleo Mine.

LS-Nikko Copper will build a Copper refinery in Mexico
