When they announced their first financing on April 16/10 of .70 they stated that production for 2010 of 100,000 ounces was under review.

So they knew that production would be down for 2010 before the announcement of financing of .70

With excellent drill results like they announced there should have not been a problem getting .70 cents a share.

So what's going on?
