Failing a more efficient way that the Agoracom Mgrs might advise, I keep a MS Word Doc open and Copy & Paste the Posts that I want to keep.

I start at the bottom of the post and up to include the Title. This way u have the name of the Writer and Date. Only problem is, 99.99% of the Posts are written by seemingly highly intelligent Members with great ideas/opinions hence you'll be keeping most of them. That's OK. You at least have a guide for reference otherwise u forget who Posted what and it's near impossible to find it even 24 hrs later.

If u want to find something specific somewhere there'd be a Search feature. I updated to Office 2007 and I dislike it immensly because it has a steep learning curve that I'm not that interested in learning. I'm even considering reverting back to MS Office 2003 which I find more condusive, to my needs.

Anyway, until u find a better way, u might try this. Personally I think it's great. You can cram the messages together and too make notes to yourself out on the right of a message.

If u haven't got Word, then Google "Word". I've seen some freebies offered - I think Adobe has one.
