Besides this game I play the underlying stocks(as you have said) are a great place to be invested . Not sure what will happen when they have to convert to corporations ( share price) as I remain a little unclear what the government really will call for....they have changed a few things as we go along.

Granted some uncertainty remains, but like Aurelian, this is what creates the opportunity. I'm on the same page as Jim Puplava and Zapata George where the trusts are concerned. They have valuable assets that are underpriced. That makes them targets for big-oil, which is having trouble replacing reserves. I think most of the political damage has been done already. There will still be sellers on rallies as a lot of income investors were trapped, but that will fade with time. Meanwhile, you get paid to sit on appreciating assets. I can live with that. Bear are patient creatures <g>.
