I also have the same problem with CIBC, and speaking of which I have not even received a letter from them about dissenting the the Kinross forced buyout. Jeez!! That letter is way overdue. I have at least received such a letter from TD for my wife's account.
The whole thing is a mess. I'll call Kinross again on Monday and see what's going on.
