We saw lots of Shorting on ARU, do we know if they were Naked Shorts? Of course not. At least if we can put a stop to Naked Shorting, it would be reasonable to assume we would put a stop to some of the Shorting.

The demise of the Uptick Rule has been like Christmas Morning all five Trading Days of the week for the Hedge Funds and even inexperienced Shorters.

Do u think u may have lost considerable value of your investment by the removal of this Rule. I'm 100% sure I did because there was nothing stopping a Shorter to continue pounding the stock at Will. How many times have u been reluctant to enter the fray because u knew from the Selling, your purchase was going to be underwater within minutes.

The Market is made up of Buyers & Sellers. If there's no Buyers, the Shorting cannot continue to evaporate the value of your investment. We need the Uptick Rule! We now have the opportunity to Fight for it by simply putting your name on a Petition! Don't pass on this opportunity and complain later.
