Talked to Investor relations at Kinross and was told that all remaining shareholders should receive their conversion to K shares and warrants dated Oct 20.

Checked with E-trade and they verified they had received instructions that unless current shareholder was dissenting that shares conversion would proceed and be dated Oct 20 and all accounts would show the correct K holding on Oct 24.
