Pros:

Dissenting shareholder gets to have the value of the shares decided by a judge rather than by Kinross and cronies.

The judge will appoint appraisers as necessary to determine the fair value. (We hope this will be much more than current K offer)

The cons:

TODAY is the deadline to DISSENT

It may take a while.

You may not get any more money than what K offered.
