I am not sure what the deadline TD mentioned was all about. I heard about the 20 day deadline on this board and assumed that was it, however, I believe you are right in that it is in regard to filing a dissent. I asked what I can or should do and she told me that Kinross got over the 90% and it is a forced acquisition and there is nothing for me to do. If you can get any other info please post it as I have never been down this road before. I am in no hurry for my Kinross shares & warrants. Thanks.
