Back again! What a fool, I must be addicted.

I thank go4growth (on behalf of myself) for his valuable contribution at this time. It is surely commendable when many of our formerly strongest voices no longer post.

The Britnick initiative, then, looks to be on life support. That only 3 of 21 members are willing to pursue the breach of fiduciary duties case is not surprising since it promises to be quite expensive and somewhat nebulous, as compared to a judicial determination of fair value.

If Kinross's hands are clean in its entire and lengthy dealings with Aurelian, then yes, the line of argument that go4growth suggests they will use, would probably be weighty. If not, it could become quite interesting.

I will look forward with interest to ensuing posts on this topic. I am not the least bit interested in doing a 'Lone Ranger' on this, but would hate to let it go if there is a prospect of joint action. It looks like the flames of revolt have died down -- do we have enough glowing embers to revive them?

Regards, Orange Flash
