That is where the trick is : the paragraph in bold tells that the notice to the shareholders is a little more than a rumor but not a fact .

At this time i have not received my notice and 10 days gone by.

Now Kinross with the de-listing behind them can do anything for their own purpose and advantage [like make us waitto the very last day] and make us run for our money unless we cave in.

I don't thing that their agenda will be successful because lots of the non tendered shareholders are raging mad and quite ready to see this to the end ,not for the money , but for reason of healthy principals of life.
