Fare thee well Crew,

As the last top part of the mast slips below the waves, and the sun is setting in the west....

We all start swimming to the Kinross "scumbucket" or hang here!

I would like to know how long the court process will take? I've never have been down this road before...Is there a chance that a judge would consider this case, or is it just a formality at this point, and on Monday, or shortly there afterwards, our portfolios will have Kinross shares?
