I know I indicated in our last conversation that this board should come down once all was said and done, but I was wrong. First of all, the decision isn't mine, and should go to a vote of remaining members.

After careful consideration, here is my reasoning.

This was an event of historic importance, at least in the Canadian mining industry, and the board should stay up as a record of the events as they transpired, and as they were interpreted by the members.

Apart from the historic significance, this is still a good resource for anyone contemplating investing in other Ecuadorean plays as there is much insight and debate on the political process, which is still ongoing.

Finally, as a place to discuss strategies for divesting the Kinross shares we received. Not everyone is comfortable posting to the new Kinross board, and may want to hang out here for a while longer until they get their bearings.

So my vote is the board stays up, either in it's present form or as ex-Aurelian.

And although I've (sort of) left the building, I'll continue to monitor the board and answer any questions that are within my ability.

Thanks to George and everyone else on the board for making this a memorable experience, and may we all continue to enjoy the excellent services provided by Agoracom in our future investing endeavors.
