Unless Everyone of the remaining shareholders sell. they will go to court anyway whether they own 94% or 99.9%. Yesterdays late activity was a blip-- no different than the negative Gap earlier that saw ARU shares trading at a 10% discount to the K bid-- It corrected itself the next day.
