Quick count: Ecuador Correa wins vote on new powers

QUITO, Sept 28 (Reuters) - An unofficial quick-count said Ecuador's leftist President Rafael Correa won by 65 percent in Sunday's referendum vote to expand his powers.

Respected group Participacion Ciudadana was authorized to do the quick-count by electoral authorities. (Reporting by Alonso Soto; editing by Chris Wilson)
