Kerri last report at Noon, 25Sept08 u said there was still about a Million shs over 20.

Any change?

Monday, being the last Trading Day to the Deadline, is there anyone thinking of something we might take a chance and do as a last resort that we haven't thought of? I mean other than buying a Million ARU shs ourselves.

I doubt there is but just in case so we're not thinking Tuesday

"if only we had thought of doing that ..." Yes, I'm just grasping at straws!

Those that have tendered and maybe having second thoughts, you might try to regain/take back your shs. That is, if K hasn't already taken them up and paid for them meaning .. Kinross shs will appear in your acct on Monday.

It would be interesting to know if anyone has tried getting their shs back and if successful or not.
