last night i posted a reminder that posts could be removed, and today one post was in fact removed. in this case i was not the one who removed it, but in this forum there are many who have the authority to remove posts. you don't necessarily have to bother me to get your post removed. and since the post could be considered inflammatory, and might have provoked yet another argument, it is just as well that is gone.
if you're going to praise tye burt, you're probably not going to make a lot of friends in this forum right now. there is a kinross forum where you may or may not get a better reception.
when i remove a post, i normally follow the violations management procedure, and the poster would receive a formal warning. i do this for administrative reasons which i won't go into, but the principle is that i leave a clear trail for agoracom and the other hub leaders to follow, in the event the poster will later need to be banned.
