The Ecuadorian Govt. stated its true intentions at the Denver show. The country is open to to mining and their will be no windfall tax.

Just as the Minister stated, there will be no windfall tax because in the only country that has tried to put one in effect, exploration and further investment has dried up.

This is because an windfall tax on mining is stupid.

If K is successful in their pathetic offer and my supposed outlandish price predictions do not come to pass then I will admit I was wrong.
