... and this is exactly the reason we're in this predicament. When the massive Insider Sales were reported we sat like Dummies while those that expressed concern and in retrospect, rightly so, were chastised and banished from the Board.

We followed Safe like sheep believing in our BOD saying they're in their right to sell when they felt the need to do so. The "need" we were told by Maria via Patsy, was because Patsy was getting married and he was buying a house.

Did we even ask why then, were the others Selling? No, of course not, we were intimidated and didn't want to be ridiculed for 'thinking' out of the Box being Safe's box.

I can recall even ME wondering to myself, "If this Co is so good then 'WHY' are the BOD - so many of them - SELLING. I brushed my suspicions from my mind thinking they all had personal needs - if I look back I probably was stupid enough to have even bought more at that time. Right before the Stop Work Order was put into effect.

A Board is to share opinions. The opinions put forth may not agree with most of the Members but they are opinions and that's the reason for a Board - to SHARE opinions. Take them for what they're worth to you. Discuss and Consider their validity and discharge them or accept them. They're 'opinions' and IMO they should be thanked for sharing their opinion. Not to be told to not let the door catch them in the A$$ on the way out.

Joltin has contributed lots to this Board and as such he's a valued Poster. I sure don't agree with his expression of "Love" for Kinross Mgmnt but even as I am now full of anger considering they got ARU for a song meaning I don't feel justly paid for my shares, I still have to admit I sure as Hell wish they had been our ARU Mgmnt instead of the greedy lying crooked thieves we were being led to admire.

I'm not blaming Safe for this mess I'm in. He gave his OPINION and I chose myself to follow his opinion. I liked the guy a LOT and still do even though he's chosen to go into hiding. All I'm trying to get across is let this be a lesson to allow others give their opinions too. Those singular opinions might prove out to be better than the thinking of the majority. Hey! I don't know about you but I can't discuss this with my friends - they don't know what I'm talking about nor do they care. I look to this Board for discussion and so far, until this bashing against Joltin appeared today, it's been a great Board full of intelligent thinkers.

Those that Bashed Joltin, I doubt are speaking for all of us. Not for me anyway. No, I don't join him in his LOVE for K Mgmnt but I do join him in admiration of their T/O skill but then too ... I doubt it really took much skill to persuade Patsy to persuade the others to persuade themselves to take whatever they could get while it was being offered and let the Shareholders fend for themselves.

Management we've at least learned IS MOST important and we should never blindly trust another BOD again. K management is as crooked as the rest only moreso because they're more contriving than the average thug serving on the majority of Cdn Jr Mining Boards.

I feel somewhat better now and No, if u want me to leave too, I won't let the door catch me in the A$$ on the way out.
