Thx Hawnkoa and Joltin, We discussed this the other night but I couldn't come up to that figure of needing 500,000 and it was driving me nuts.

I decided tonight at the risk of looking stupid, to just plain ask again.

500,000 isn't very darn many to get over 90% but Hey! Hopefull they'll still be short of a snick under 10% to reach 100% indicating they had to fight to get the barest necessary Control.

Whatever happens it's obvious we didn't merely 'Gift' our shs as our BOD did.
