The company whose shareholders were better than its management
That, was your rebutal?
Is there an echo in here?
Seems to me you are confused still on what we are talking about.
Those shareholders who do not open margin accounts did not give permission to anyone to dilute there shareholder base with phantom shares
I would have thought that was obvious in my reply.
Yes. Glaringly obvious and absolutely true. It's also completely irrelevant to how shorting works, which is what I'm trying to help people here understand.
Nobody needs your permission to short a stock. Brokers have something called a pool. In it are all the stocks available to lend. If you don't have a margin account, your stock isn't in the pool. But your broker doesn't need your permission to lend shares that are. Furthermore, those are NOT phantom shares. Now you may think that's unethical, but the rules allow it. It is legal, and that's all that matters. That's the point I'm making.
You keep implying that I own a margin account, I do not and my opinion on this board, stated a number of times, has been that nobody should buy stocks by taking margin from brockerages. There is a large conflict of interest there.
I was speaking in the third person to people in the group. I know you don't own a margin account. If you did, you'd understand what I was saying.
It would appear that any who have and who own ARU have been burnt by it.
Not me. I made a fortune...LOL!
Not that I care, but just out of curiosity can you tell me exactly just how many thumbs you have again? Hahahahahahahaha.
I only have one, but then again I never cared much for what other people think. Probably explains why I do so well in the markets.
You only have one?! What happened to the other thumb? Lose it in a mining accident, did you? Hahahahahahahahahaha (See? I can laugh at my own jokes too)
Thats right, my minimum target price is still $60.
That's pre-split, right? Which makes it $15 on the current price. I'll agree that's what we should have got. Far too late now though.
Rather than debate futher with you, which is akin to a dog chasing his own tail. I will leave it at that.
I prefer to think of it as a dog barking at the moon.
ARU shareprice will prove who has been correct all along and who has not, in very short order in my opinion.
Lordy! A ten bagger! I can hardly wait!
Looks like I'll finally own that BMW dealership I've always dreamed about!
