IMHO it is K who is short and they will cover with their 15 million pp.

I think in the end K gets ARU for about 600 million. What a deal.

If you didnt tender and dont plan on holding K if you are forced to accept, Good Luck and I hope you make out well.

Those that did tender should be rooting for K here dont you think?

I feel for those who got screwed over in this deal (mostly us retail) and I hope that justice will prevail.

As many others have stated this is the best board I have ever read and many thanks to all the wise posters who have provided so much valuable insight.
