The company whose shareholders were better than its management

I opened the Kinross board today since everyone here will eventually hold Kinross shares, at some point
Most certainly true of those who don't sell. The only remaining question is how much (if anything) will we get over the offer?
I plan to hold some portion of K, though I'm still working out how much. It is a business decision, not an emotional one. If the ARU property has the potential we believe it does, then Kinross is sitting on a gold mine (pardon the pun) and the shares will eventually reflect that. What is the most often heard point about gold co's these days? Replacing reserves, right? Well, Kinross no longer has that problem, so it should sell at a premium.
We NEED an Agora board to discuss this in a straightforward, businesslike manner. Tell me you can do that on SH. With any luck, we'll become the go-to board for K, just like we are for ARU. The quality of our research will see to that.
It's not the outcome we wanted, and the game is still not over, but like I said before, anyone who operates without a plan "B" is just asking for trouble.
Thanks for putting up that board, Safe. You can count on my contribution.
