RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
The Property plus future properties acquired within one kilometre of the boundaries of the owned
properties plus certain defined Conceptual Concessions (if acquired) are subject to royalties to
Patrick Anderson (an officer of the Company) and Keith Barron (a director of the Company) ranging
from 1% to 2% of future net sales returns, net smelter returns and net smelted products. The
royalties were granted in 2003 in connection with the Company’s acquisition of the Property.
