The second section also provides for situations where the shares can be withdrawn even after they have been taken up and paid for. The language is very complex in the other paragraphs explaining these circumstances, but it clearly states that if an extension occurs, and circumstances change (ie. another offer), taken up shares can be withdrawn.


I also read all of this and found that many statements seem to contradict each other......I think some legal expertise is required to sort this out.....

But then I have never seen two attorneys ( from different firms) agree on anything and that's why they end up in courts where another politically appointed attorney called a judge makes the big decision.....oh yes...at the expense of the little guy...

I don't particularly want to rely on Kingsdale as they are paid by Kinross
