I don't believe this can happen. Kinross has purchased all the shares that were tendered on Sept 3. They issued the required Kinross shares and warrants (otherwise how could the warrants be currenlty traded?). Those who tendered are no longer ARU shareholders. Please correct me if i'm mistaken (but I hate people grasping at straws).
