that would only give Kinross more time to soak up shares from jittery shareholders, let them call a shareholder meeting and let us have a vote , and an explanation on the record of this lousy deal.

Since Kinross is the one who decides what do you think they will do ??

I called Computershare services yesterday to ask if they could tell me just how many shares have been taken up and paid for but he kept saying that the offer has been extended and you can still withdraw tendered shares......it was not clear if tendered shares before Sept 3, 2008 could still be withdrawn.......I am interested if this can happen as it may be the only way to stop the deal....?
