MY opinion is based on the massive Insider Selling prior to the Work Stoppage AND NOW WE KNOW, the Agreement being formed WITH not "with", the word is "BY" KINROSS, the personal options issued following numerous mtgs with K and prior to the final acceptance of the K Offer, and then, when he had his financial needs guaranteed, the Sell-out with no regard to the Shareholders.

We were all, including you Fearless, kept in the dark "like mushrooms'" (I love that one).
