I like to know which funds opposed this deal too. If we know how large of a position they hold it will give us better calculation where we stand on this 90% bar. I'm surprised no one from the funds have made contact with us and vice versa.

I'm not surprised. If they're going to contest, they're not going to tell anyone, much less the people on this leaky old tub.

We'll know when we know, but knowing won't help us if we sell or tender, so better to wait and see.
