i like to point out that i have not tendered my shares.

my question is: what upside Aru will have in the eventuality of Kinross revaluing their offer?

are we maybe looking for a needle in the hay stack because of all the emotions and specially the decisiveness suffered by the shareholders from Aru BOD which ,by the way,seems to have set themselves very nicely again. The next fool is always fund .
