Not way am I tendering, but i'm not worried about this board,

I'm worried about less informed shareholders duped into

thinking this a fait d'accompli and then tender. That is the

message being delivered by virtually every news agency

and Tye himself today on bnn.

I don't know what to think anymore, but I do know I'm not

tendering. After more than two years...this is not how I

envisioned it ending...
