I am believe your math may be flawed. 2,000,000 divided by 165,135,164(fully diluted) = .0121 x 100% =1.21%. Unfotunately this is not the 10%+ we would need to block a
90% tender. I wish it was. Please correct me if I am wrong. Regards wdboat
