I really would not have said it if I did not think in my opinion it could not happen. Once again, this offer has no basis in reality.

Ask yourself, have any of the funds come out and said that they are tendering there shares to the deal, has Barron come out and said that he is tendering to the deal. If it is such a good deal then why has management not cashed in there options and tendered them as well to make sure it goes through.

Sometimes what people do not say is more important than what they do say. This is one of those times in my opinion.

All the rumours flying around right now are for the most part retarded and I could make a mockery out of most of them. I have not got the time to do so and thus, I will just say that in my opinion it is just more propaganda in order to shake people out of there positions.

My call that we would not see another bid come before the dead line was right on by the way, just as I expected.
