Hi, Cousudor. We struggled with the timing issue for the past week. At the end of the day, we concluded that too many people were away last week and a press release was better off this week.

Moreover, with so many people watching this story today (media, industry, shareholders, etc.) issuing it before the open would yield maximum eyeballs and effect.
