SO WHAT IS YOUR POINT....I thought you were talking about what constituted the 90%...now you are talking about what the price will be...

You might be right they will pay more for the last...but the court will decide what the price will be for the last desenters...Kinross can make another bid if they want to but if they make it in conjunction with the current offer they will have to give the new price to everyone who tenders......

If Kinross gets 90% for a song they will be willing to pay A MORE REALISTIC PRICE FOR THE BALANCE...
