2 million is the minimum number of retail shares that won't be tendered, but the amount is undoubtably much higher. What 2 million shows is the number of retail investors knowledgeable enough, and determined enough to put their shares on offer at $20 or higher. This shows up on level II quotes and sends a message to traders and institutions on how many disaffected shareholders are out there. Some brokers have run interference on us, so it's a tribute to people's determination that we reached the 2 M mark.
