You said your last offer was for $ 8.20 per share of Aurelian...

So Please do not embarrass us with a offer that does not at least cover that amount....

1) Forget the Warrant Crap !!

2) Your stock is now $ 17.50 Cn so don't even think of less than .5 of a share of Kinross for one share of Aurelian....

If you agree with the above now we are just slightly ahead of the $ 8.20.......so...be smart...

3) Throw in some cash....at least $ 1 and more like $ 2 per share...
