Tummasz - if there is a next meeting, Patrick will not be there as he would "resign" and not face the crowd. In all probability there will not be any from the BOD for the same reason.

Dr Barron would probably chair the first meeting after the mass resignation but who knows at this stage. I would love to be invited.
