Good Morning

I am going to try and be polite here even though I am completely furious with the actions of Aurelian

and its Board of Directors.

Are you aware of the term fiduciary duty? It means you are legally bound to act in the best interests of shareholders.

You have not even remotely done this. You can have all the backroom dealings with Kinross, BMO, Dundee etc….whoever

you want but it will not change one thing.

In my 43 years of life I have learned a thing or two.

1. We all have a reputation in life. When someone screws shareholders out of billions of dollars people don’t forget.

The BOD and Management of Aurelian Resources have ruined their reputation for life. Mining is a tight knit community

and they have long memories as do shareholders.

2. Yes you will be walking away with many millions of dollars while screwing thousands of shareholders but we all have to

live with ourselves and look ourselves in the mirror each day. Maybe you are just severely deluded but one day you will

all have to face your inner demons for what you have done.

3. Have you ever thought once about how you are impacting the retail shareholders who have supported you unconditionally

over the past several years. They have trusted you to do what’s best for them as you are legally and morally bound to do.

You have screwed with their children’s educations, retirement funds, dreams, goals etc. These are not millionaires like yourselves

who can just line their own pockets with options with the stroke of a pen.

I have no clue as to why there have been no other bids so far but given the nature of this bid with all your backroom dealings with Kinross, BMO, Dundee etc. the word collusion comes to mind. I would have loved to be in those boardroom meetings where you sat there with the banks and brokerages convincing them that this is a good deal for their clients. This when everyone but Aurelian is bullish on the new mining law.

Then you send out a release last week with such an ominous tone that is was truly sickening to read.

I have given up a long time ago trying to convince you all to do the right thing. I now know that that is impossible and that you are all void of any moral fibre.

Our only hope now is that we get another bid (which would unfortunately help you as well). If we do not get something of an acceptable bid for

Aurelian Resources then there is a high probability that legal proceedings are in your future.

Have a nice day drinking scotch in your boardroom with your cronies.
