You're last line is something I've been pondering. Not only does Aurelian's BOD have a legal fiduciary duty to act in the best interests of its shareholder but in the same light, mutual fund companies and their fund managers have that legal same fiduciary duty to act in the best interests of its clients.
That should be something for the banks and brokerage houses to chew on over the next few days.
DO NOT TENDER YOUR SHARES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
