the fact that Kinross and ARU are so brazen in this colluded offer that they tell us that they worked together on this deal in so many ways that I wouldn't be surprised if the offer was written on ARU computers.

This offer is an insult to our intelligence in the way it was put together from way back. I don't need to rehash all that has been said before about what was done to get to this "deal" !

This has been the biggest betrayal by a company's management that I have every been associated with. Unfortunately all of us are on the wrong end of the stick.
