Serious, I am thinking of going with my investments
where the Regulator may be relied upon.
London Stock Exchange - AIM Market:

I've heard some good things about it. Of course it could all be hype, but it's probably worth investigating. Dig around a bit, find out how they've handled past violations, see if their regulators have teeth, talk to some companies that list there, get some legal opinions etc. etc. and if it looks good, start promoting them here in Canada. We already have the forum. We could even set up a separate AIM hub.
Part of the reason Juniors list on CDNX is they just don't know any better. So educate them! Let 'em know you'd be happy to follow them onto the AIM. Let the AIM know too. They'd be tickled pink to hear that Canadian investors were defecting to London. Might even do a promotion based on it. You just can't buy advertising like that.
Oh, and if your broker gives you grief, or tries to charge you more for trading over there, dump them. There are brokers here in Canada who have AIM access. Ask around.
