There was an excellent idea posted on here a couple days ago by gnorth16 that hasn't gotten a lot of play on this board.

It is very easy and sends a very direct message.

Call/E-Mail your brokers/financial institutions and ask them if they are tendering their shares and how they are encouraging their clients to act. Emails are better because you can get their response in writing. Tell them if they are tendering their shares that you are pulling all business from that institition....chequing accounts, mortgages, brokerage accounts etc.

Any institution that encourages its clients to to tender their shares to this fraudulent deal cannot be trusted to mange even a nickel of my money.

Be persistent and report back to the board with the responses.

DO NOT TENDER YOUR SHARES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
