We email the Institutions listed in the President's D.D. with the Link asking if they'd Log in and show their Position in ARU that they're NOT SUBMITTING.

No Identity/Names - just the nbr of shs. I wonder if any of the Fund Mgrs would oblige. They're surely as interested as we are as to how the Institutional "No" Vote stands a week before the Deadline.

Thinking further, maybe it's not a good idea as even if we are fortunate enough to have a couple of the Institutions comply, the information would be of interest to Kinross and I for one don't want them to increase their Bid. Their idea of an increase would be to give a paltry "hopeful" value to their now hopelessly worthless Warrant.

I guess the only thing we can do is sit and wait it out but still, this might be worthy of 5 mins of thought to build on ... maybe.
