I for one would love to know the backroom deal for Patrick to short himself with the number of shares he owns and the lowball offer.

He's leaving a lot on the table, my questions are why and what the payback from K will be. He knows what ARU is worth and to let it go for next to nothing K must be sweeting the pot personally for Patrick.
