Thanks for all your work. Just a few short comments.

1. I would also focus on a total lack of fiduciary duty on the part of the management and the BOD especially given the timing as compared to the mining law release.

2. All the other participants in Ecuador are bullish on the mining environment and all of a sudden our CEO is planting doubts.

3. For a class action lawsuit the complainants are not required to put any money up front and only pay if the lawsuit is successful. I know this isn't class action at the moment but just wanted to mention it.

I will definitely be putting my contribution forward for this very worthwhile endeavour.
