He says he won't pay more? Tell you what Burt.....we don't want you to. We want you out of this deal and in the courtroom to explain to a judge the dozen or so irregularities others on this board have outlined.

Then we will be happy to look at offers 3 times the one you put forth but by some reasonable responsible company in some other foreign country away from the crooked senior mining companies here that apparently have lost their taste for competitiveness in Canada and don't remember what the term bidding war meant. Personally there isn't a single Canadian senior company I trust.
